Demo and pilot access is provided at no charge. Billing begins only after a written or electronic confirmation of a paid subscription plan.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may qualify for a full refund within 14 days of first payment if the service has not been substantially used (no more than 5 active users or 30 days of operational data migration).
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
Refund process
Submit a refund request via the contact form with company name, registered email, invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
