By accessing our website or using Dream Design software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
Dream Design provides cloud-based interior project management, HRMS, inventory, accounts, mobile workforce apps and client portal features. Available modules depend on your subscription plan and configuration.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information, keep passwords confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Fees & payment
Paid subscriptions are billed as per your order form or invoice. Taxes may apply. Non-payment after notice may result in suspension. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance for renewals.
Intellectual property
Dream Design retains all rights in the software, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to the platform.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as available". Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the jurisdiction of Dream Design Projects Pvt. Ltd. shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
